Slow Cooked Hand Pulled Virginia BBQ

Most folks offering barbeque services believe that all the fat should be ground up into the meat and called minced barbeque. They believe that you won't notice the fat if it's been chopped fine into the meat.
At Butch's Nuttin' Butt BBQ we see things differently

From the very beginning our idea has been to keep the meat hand pulled and lean. We have hand pull the barbeque removing all visible fat and gristle, removing this fat has been our unique difference. You will certainly taste the difference from the first bite!

We specialize in off-premise BBQ catering and have catered events from fifty people to two hundred. All menu items can be customized to fit your needs and we are available to cater all types of events.

 

The food truck is seasonal and is located at 211 Mineral AVE Mineral 23117
Food truck is normally open between April and October.

Catering and Small BBQ orders or Family packs are available year round.

Our standard menu consists of BBQ, Cole Slaw, and Baked Beans. We cook and prepare all food homemade and fresh.

Options:
Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Potato Salad, Macaroni and Cheese, Apple crisp, Ice tea and Lemonade.
